Rua Henrique Santana 27B, 2730-231 Barcarena Portugal, registered at the Commercial Registry of Lisbon, with the tax number 513 336 435, referred as "Pedra Dura" and - those who make purchases through the E-commerce portal Pedra Dura - www.pedradura.net referred to as "User", and the User must be always a non-trader natural person. Purchases made through this website are governed only by these general conditions of sale excluding any conditions previously agreed, expressly and in writing. Pedra Dura can occasionally modify the provisions of its general conditions, so it advises the User to reread them each time he visits the site. The present general conditions of sale are aimed at providing and defining the necessary information to the user and regulate all the steps necessary to place the order.

Pedra Dura regularly undertakes campaigns and practices that aim to guarantee satisfaction and reward the loyalty of its Users and customers, monitoring and recording visits and transactions from the first purchase or registration.

Pedra Dura is committed to respecting the confidentiality of your personal information and guaranteeing the exercise of your rights of access, rectification and cancellation. Your personal data can be collected by Pedra Dura in several ways:

To place the order the User must add items to the shopping cart, edit the quantity of the items and finalize the purchase using the "Checkout" option. In order to place your order the User must:

• Register on the Pedra Dura website or provide your email;
• Complete the requested information, name, delivery address, invoice address, shipping and payment method.

The fulfillment of the order by the User represents full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale as well as the general conditions.

Pedra Dura respects the order preparation and delivery deadlines as long as the order is available in stock. In the event that there is no stock availability, Pedra Dura will contact the User by email or by phone, in order to inform the new delivery time. If the User does not agree with the new delivery period, he can choose to buy another item or to refund the amount paid.

Pedra Dura undertakes to make every effort to ensure that delivery takes place within a maximum period of 5 days from the day following the confirmation of payment for placing the order, unless written notice to the contrary, and usually manages to guarantee deliveries in just 2 days. In the event of unavailability of the ordered item, Pedra Dura will inform the User and, if requested, will proceed to the refund of the amount paid, within a maximum period of 15 days from the knowledge of the unavailability. Pedra Dura cannot be held responsible, in any way, for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from delays in deliveries or the unavailability of the ordered item. Orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation. To follow up an order in progress, the User can consult the carrier's link provided in the confirmation email or contact us through suporteonline@pedradura.net. In case you are not available to receive your order, it will be redirected to a Pickup Store.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Responsibility for Customs Duties and Taxes

By purchasing products from our website, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

 

• Customs Duties and Taxes: All international purchases may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other charges determined by the local authorities of the destination country. These costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs displayed on the website.
  
  
• Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for verifying the import regulations and any applicable fees in their country before making a purchase. We are not responsible for any additional charges arising from customs processes.
  
  
• Customs Clearance Process: The customs clearance process may, in some cases, cause delays in delivery time. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or any additional costs related to this process.
  
  
• Refusal to Pay Customs Duties: If the customer refuses to pay customs duties or import taxes, the product may be returned to the sender. In this case, the customer will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the product and shipping. Refusal to pay customs duties and the subsequent return of the product voids any right to return or refund.
  
  
• Customer Notice: By making a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all customs duties, import taxes, and fees are their full responsibility. Our company will not be liable for any additional charges or fees that may apply after the order has been shipped.

Prices are presented in Euros, taking into account the Taxes.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

Any order contract made on the Pedra Dura website can be freely resolved under the terms of article 6 of Decree-Law no. 143/2001, of 26 April, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order by the User, upon communication of your intention to the email suporteonline@pedradura.net.

In case of termination, the User must keep the goods in order to be able to return them to Pedra Dura, in proper conditions of use, within 30 days from the date of receipt.

User returns must be sent by mail to Rua Henrique Santana 27B, 2730-231 Barcarena, Portugal. The article must always be accompanied by proof of purchase. Only returns of items in the same condition in which they were sent will be accepted, with the costs of transporting the return being under the responsibility of the User.

Exercised the right of withdrawal under the terms of numbers 1, 2 and 3 above, Pedra Dura will refund the User the price paid without any expenses or charges for this.

In case of exchange, the User will be able to make it in any Pedra Dura store or by post to the address -Rua Henrique Santana 27B, 2730-231 Barcarena, Portugal. The article must always be accompanied by proof of purchase. Exchanges of articles will only be accepted in the same state in which they were sent.

AFTER SALES AND WARRANTY SERVICES 

All items sold by Pedra Dura are covered by Warranty:

• Bags (LC, BK, BE, SZ and AB) - 6 months;
• Designer articles (AL and AT) - 1 year;
• Remaining articles - 2 months.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

The Pedra Dura website and the content made available on it are protected by the laws regarding copyright and industrial property and cannot be copied, reproduced or disseminated, either in whole or in part. In particular, it is prohibited to copy or retransmit any text, logo, graphic, sound or image from the Pedra Dura website, unless expressly permitted by it. Printing and collecting information on this site for personal use is permitted.

 Pedra Dura is not responsible for any inconvenience or damage caused to the User by using the Internet network, such as: service failures, outside intrusion, anomalies caused by malware or computer viruses or any other technical situation.

The law applicable to any contractual relationship established through the electronic commerce portal of Pedra Dura is understood in Portuguese law.

For the resolution of any and all conflicts arising from any contract entered into under these general conditions of sale, the Lisbon District Court will be competent with the express waiver of any other.
