1 – What´s Pedra Dura Online Shop?

It´s an additional service that makes possible the selling from a distance. Like on our other Stores, we offer our clients a large variety of the latest trends on accessories fashion.


2 – What are the advantages on buying Pedra Dura articles through this service?
A –
Comfort and rapidity. From you home´s comfort you may now sale through our digital shop window and order any article you wish. We guarantee the delivery on the address you gave us.


3 – What is the composition of Pedra Dura articles?
A –
Pedra Dura articles are made of various materials like Swarovski crystals, fabrics, leather, and chamois leather. Also they´re made of various beads in mass of glass, resins, plastic, metallic and manufactured.


4 – Will Pedra Dura articles loose its original tones and shades?
A –
Through the years some articles may show some signs of oxidation (patine), loose its shine or even its original colour. For any of these problems we offer you After Sales Service or Assistance.


5 – How can I buy Pedra Dura articles?
A –
Pedra Dura has now eight stores in Portugal located on the best Shopping Centres through the Country (click on www.pedradura.net/page_lojas.htm).
You may also buy our articles Online by adding any article available to your Shopping Bag.

If you have a special requirement or need to clarify any aspect of your purchase don´t hesitate to contact us and we will do our very best to help. We usually answer all messages in 24 hours or the following working day.


6 – When will I receive my order?
A –
You order will be dispatched within 24 hours, so that you may receive it:

Portugal – On the next working day after we dispatched ;
Azores and Madeira – Within 3 working days after we dispatched ;
Europe – Within 3 working days after we dispatched;
Worldwide delivery – Within 5 working days after we dispatched.

Note – We will not dispatch to any POB-Post Office Box.


7 – Is there any additional tax for purchasing online?
A –
Yes, 5€ for the National market (Continent and Islands) and 10€ for the International market but it is free for national orders over 35,00€ and international orders over 45,00€.


8 – What are the means of payment available?
A –
We accept Visa, MasterCard and national banking transferences.


9 – May I have my articles packaged in a gift bag?
A –
Yes, you may have your article packaged in a gift bag. You just have to select this option during ordering procedure.


10 – Are all articles available Online?
A –
Our site puts at your disposal a wide but limited range of articles, so you will find more diversity on our other Stores. Nevertheless, you will find some excusive articles on our Online Store.


11 – What shall I do in case some article needs repair?
A –
If your Pedra Dura´s article needs repair or assistance, you may request the service by visiting our Stores or writing us to the following address:

For security reasons we recommend you post your articles in a hard kraft package. You should also register your mail to guarantee it is correctly delivered.
In case you still have the invoice please send it as well as a description of the problem, your post address, e-mail address and a phone number.
Before any assistance takes place, Pedra Dura contacts its Clients via email to inform about the estimate time and cost of the service requested.


12 – Where are our articles produced?
A –
Pedra Dura travels around the World in order to bring to you the latest trends in accessories fashion. Some articles are produced by prestige designers who also assist their products. Some are bought on the wide international market, and for these we guarantee all the assistance. We also conceive and manufacture articles on our Atelier.


13 – May I change or even cancel my order?
A –
If you wish to change or cancel an order that has not yet been sent, please contact us at: cliente@pedradura.net.


14 – I’ve received a wrong article or a damaged one. What must I do?
A –
If you have received a wrong article, a damaged one or if for any reason you are not satisfied with your delivery, please contact us immediately by e-mail.
On those two first situations, immediately after receiving the original article, Pedra Dura will send a new article, with no additional costs to the Client.
You may exchange/ replace your articles within 30 days from the day of purchase.


15 – I want to find some specific article on your Online Shop. What must I do?
A –
Our Online Shop has a Search Tool that will help you find your specific article. If you need any information please contact us by e-mail.


16 – Are the Online prices any different from those of my usual Pedra Dura Store?
A –
No, Online Shops and other Stores practice the same prices, except for any sales or special offer going on.
However, there is an additional tax of 5€ for deliveries in the National market (Continent and Islands) and 10€ for the International market, free for any orders over 100€.


17 – Do they make the replacement of the “Unavailable” articles?
A –
All articles are promptly replaced or removed from the site.


18 – WilI I receive the same product I saw in the picture?
A –
Our high quality photos are able to reproduce al details of each and every the article. However, you may find some differences in articles in witch production process together with raw materials have influence in the final result, as it happens with handcrafted products.


19 – Must I register myself prior to purchase Online?
A –
Yes, you must register first. When you’re already registered, you may access to purchase and modify your personal data.

Returns and Quality Policies

Pedra Dura guarantees the quality of all of its articles.
All articles purchased may be returned up to 15 days, from the purchase of goods in the invoice, to our stores or by post to the following address:
